Thank you for shopping with YSONYS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland & EU: 4–10 business days

  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Any applicable taxes or VAT will be shown before payment.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside your country, additional customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on local regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

YSONYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (if available for your shipping method).
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update depending on the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, YSONYS is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Re-shipping fees

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment by paying the new shipping cost.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit:

  • We will assist you by contacting the carrier

  • If tracking shows “Delivered,” YSONYS cannot replace stolen packages

If a package is lost due to carrier error, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

8. Returned Packages

Packages returned to YSONYS due to refusal, non-payment of customs duties, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Refunds for returned parcels will be issued minus original shipping costs once the package is received and inspected.
